Returns in new condition, in the original packaging are fully refundable within 30 days; less the shipping fees it cost Bathmark to get the item to you. If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping within 30 days. Returns must be received no later than 30 days from date of purchase.
